Analog Devices TMC5130A-TA Motor Controller and Driver IC is a high-performance controller/driver for two-phase bipolar stepper motors with serial communication interfaces. This driver IC combines a flexible ramp generator for automatic target positioning with the most advanced stepper motor driver. The TMC5130A-TA motor driver features a 2A coil current (2.5A peak) and offers passive braking and freewheeling mode. This motor controller driver exhibits 256 micro-steps per full step resolution, 4.75VDC to 46VDC voltage range, and is available in a small form factor TQFP-48 package.
The TMC5130A-TA motor controller and driver IC incorporates proprietary MicroPlyer™, CoolStep™, SpreadCycle™, StallGuard2™, and StealthChop2™ technologies to provide high-integration, high energy efficiency, and cost-effective solutions.
