Toshiba TLP274 LED Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP274 Photocouplers consist of a GaAlAs infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED) and an integrated high-gain and high-speed photodetector. These photocouplers are housed in a thin SO6L package of 2.3mm (max) and are compliant with international safety standards. The TLP274x photocouplers operate in a power supply voltage range of 4.5V to 30V with a maximum operating temperature of +110°C. These photocouplers have a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities. The Toshiba TLP274x has an internal Faraday noise shield, providing a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity ±30kV/μs.
