Toshiba TLP2309 1Mbps Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP2309 1Mbps Photocouplers feature a high-output infrared LED coupled with a high-speed photo-diode-transistor chip. These devices are housed in an SO6 package and guarantee operation at up to 110°C and on both 3.3V and 5V power supplies. Toshiba TLP2309 1Mbps Photocouplers have a creepage / clearance distance of ≥5mm and internal isolation thickness of ≥0.4mm, putting this series into the reinforced insulation class according to international safety standards. Typical applications include industrial inverters, switching power supplies, and high-speed digital interfacing.
