The SKY66318-11 power amplifier is designed for the stringent requirements of enterprise small cell applications that operate from 3300MHz to 3600MHz wide instantaneous bandwidth. This amplifier offers 35dB high gain, high-efficiency (PAE = 25% @ +28dBm), and pin-to-pin compatibility to PA family that supports all 3GPP bands. Typical applications include driver amplifiers for micro-/macro-base stations, 4G LTE/5G NR systems, enterprise small cells, and massive MIMO.
