Renesas Electronics RH850/F1x 32-Bit Microcontrollers are high-performance, low-power, and scalable devices for automotive electrical applications. The RH850/F1x offers 0.3mA to 0.5mA/MHz typical power with up to 0.75mA/MHz maximum. The MCUs provide low-power operation with the aid of a low-power sampler and support security standards such as SHE and EVITA-Medium (HSM). The Renesas RH850/F1x 32-bit microcontrollers range from 100-pin to 176-pin packages.
