Qorvo QPL9058 Ultra Low-Noise LNA
Qorvo QPL9058 0.5GHz to 6.0GHz Ultra Low-Noise LNA is a high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier optimized for 5G m-MIMO (Massive Multiple Input Multiple Output) applications. At 3.6GHz, the amplifier typically provides 18dB gain, +36dBm OIP3 at a 55mA bias setting, and a noise figure of 0.6dB. The QPL9058 LNA is bias adjustable and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V. The device also has a power-down control capability integrated into the die for Time Division Duplexing (TDD) applications.The Qorvo QPL9058 is housed in a compact, industry-standard DFN8 package and requires minimal external components to operate.
