Qorvo QPF4702 Wi-Fi® 7 RF Front End Module (FEM)

Qorvo QPF4702 Wi-Fi® 7 RF Front End Module (FEM) is an integrated FEM designed for Wi-Fi® 7 (802.11be) systems. This RF FEM integrates a 5GHz to 7GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and a multi-mode low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The QPF4702 FEM focuses on optimizing PA efficiency for a supply voltage range that minimizes power consumption, allowing for systems that utilize digital pre-distortion. This Qorvo RF FEM is offered in a 5mm x 3mm package and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, user-premise equipment, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
