Qorvo QPA9419 High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9419 High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier is a surface-mount power amplifier with on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits suitable for small cell applications. This power amplifier provides 30dB gain over the 1.93GHZ to 1.99GHz frequency range.

The QPA9419 from Qorvo small-cell power amplifier can achieve -48dBc ACLR at 27dBm output power using a 20MHz LTE signal. Three integrated high-performance amplifier stages along with a few external components help to achieve compact system design. The QPA9419 small-cell power amplifier is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant and 7mm x 7mm surface-mount package.
