Nexperia PSSI2021SAY PNP High Side LED Driver is an AEC-Q101 qualified Constant Current Source Driver designed to provide a stabilized output current with a 15µA to 50mA range. Consisting of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes in a SOT353 (SC-88A) package, the Nexperia PSSI2021SAY LED Driver enables application designers to reduce component count and board space.
