Nexperia NCR32xU NPN Low Side LED Drivers

Nexperia NCR32xU NPN Low Side LED Drivers consist of a resistor-equipped NPN transistor with two diodes on one chip in a SOT457 (SC-74; TSOP6) plastic package. These LED drivers have stabilized output current of 10mA that can be adjustable up to 250mA when an external resistor is used. The Nexperia NCR32xU LED drivers feature high power dissipation, low voltage overhead of 1.4V, and high-current accuracy at a supply voltage variation. These drivers are ideally used in interior lighting, dashboard, instrumentation, constant current LED driver, and generic constant current source.
