The SnapQD connectors ensure superior performance in cold plate cooling with high flow and no spillage. The SnapQD series primarily serves IT facilities and data centers, but can also be used for semiconductors and medical devices.
The Amphenol LTW SnapQD liquid cooling connectors, now available at Mouser, feature flat-face valves and a push-to-connect design for quick and easy installation. The SnapQD series offers reliable, drip-free quick disconnects that meet the Open Compute Project (OCP) Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) standards. The highly durable connectors can withstand up to 5,000 mating cycles and operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. The SnapQD series has a 290psi, 20bar maximum operating pressure and a 1160psi, 80bar maximum burst pressure. Suitable cooling liquids include deionized (DI) water, ultrapure water, ethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, and perfluoropolyether (PFPE).
