Würth Elektronik Optocoupler Darlington LEDs

Würth Elektronik Optocoupler Darlington LEDs feature a high isolation voltage along with good stability of inner isolation. These LEDs also feature an optocoupler with an Infrared (IR) LED on the input side and a darlington transistor on the output side. The optocoupler darlington LEDs are available in DIP4, with different lead frame options, and SOP4 package sizes. These LEDs are used in programmable logic controllers, telephone, measuring instruments, and sequence controller applications.
