Texas Instruments UCC35131EVM-118 Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments UCC35131EVM-118 Evaluation Module (EVM) allows designers to quickly and efficiently evaluate the UCC35131-Q1 for use in automotive or industrial applications requiring a gate driver, IC bias power up to 2W, and meeting up to 5kVRMS isolation. The Texas Instruments UCC35131EVM-118 Evaluation Module demonstrates the small size, high power density, voltage-regulation accuracy, and robust set of protection features necessary to provide reliable bias power to SiC and IGBT gate drivers.
