Texas Instruments TSDx-Q1 Unidirectional TVS Diodes

Texas Instruments TSDx-Q1 Unidirectional TVS Diodes are designed to clamp harmful transients such as ESD and surge. These diodes provide ESD protection up to ±30kV (contact and air gap discharge), which exceeds the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level-4). The TSDx-Q1 diodes feature <20pF IO capacitance and 50nA (maximum) ultra-low leakage current. These TVS diodes protect both data and power lines due to robust clamping performance and low capacitance. The TSDx-Q1 devices are AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. These diodes are available in a SOD-323 package (2.65mm x 1.3mm) with an industrial temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications include I/O protection, power line protection, USB VBUS, body electronics and lighting, as well as hybrid, electric, and powertrain systems.
