Texas Instruments TPS628502EVM-092 Converter Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to evaluate the TPS6285x devices. The TPS6285x devices are high-frequency, synchronous, step-down converters optimized for a small solution size and high efficiency. These devices focus on high-efficiency, step-down conversion over a wide output current range. The converter operates in PWM mode at medium to heavy loads and automatically enters Power Save Mode operation at light loads. This feature allows the Texas Instruments TPS6285x to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. The internal compensation circuit allows a compact solution and small external components.
