Texas Instruments SN74AC3G97/SN74AC3G97-Q1 Gates

Texas Instruments SN74AC3G97/SN74AC3G97-Q1 Gates are triple configurable gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. The SN74AC3G97/SN74AC3G97-Q1 offers three independent '97 function configurable logic gates. Each TI SN74AC3G97/SN74AC3G97-Q1 Gate can be configured to various 1- and 2-input logic operations by connecting unused inputs to the supply or ground.

The TI SN74AC3G97-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
