Texas Instruments SN74AC16/SN74AC16-Q1 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverters
Texas Instruments SN74AC16/SN74AC16-Q1 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverters contain six independent inverters with Schmitt-trigger inputs and open-drain outputs. These devices are available in TSSOP-16 and WQFN-16 packages. The Texas Instruments SN74AC16-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

- Continuous 24mA output drive at 5V
- All inputs and outputs include positive and negative clamp diodes
- Supports up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts
- Output clamp diodes protect driving inductive loads such as relays
- Maximum tpd of 7.7ns at 5V, 50pF load
