TDK InvenSense ICU-10201 Time-of-Flight (TOF) Range Sensor
TDK InvenSense ICU-10201 Time-of-Flight (TOF) Range Sensor is a high-performance, miniature ultrasonic transceiver that provides accurate range measurements for targets up to 1.2m. The TOF sensor integrates a nominally 175kHz Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducer (PMUT) with a 2nd generation ultra-low power system-on-chip (SoC) in a single reflowable package. The TDK InvenSense ICU-10201 TOF Range Sensor features a customizable field-of-view (FOV) up to 180°, which is capable of recording multiple range measurements simultaneously. The TOF sensor offers programmable modes for long- and short-range sensing applications, including robotic vacuums and 3D tracking. The sensor operates in any lighting conditions and can accurately measure a target's color and optical transparency within millimeters.
