Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL High-Temperature Powertrain MLCCs
Samsung Electro-Magnetics CL High-Temperature Powertrain MLCCs offer a 1.0µF to 22.0µF capacitance range with a ±10% tolerance and guarantee reliability at high temperatures. The AEC-Q200-qualified MLCCs feature a 25V to 100V rated voltage range and X8L/X8M temperature characteristics signifying operation in a -55°C to +150°C range. The Samsung Electro-Magnetics CL High-Temperature Powertrain MLCCs are available in 0805, 1206, and 1210 case sizes.
