Renesas Electronics RA2E1 48MHz ARM Cortex®-M23 MCU

Renesas Electronics RA2E1 48MHz ARM Cortex®-M23 MCU is the entry-level MCU in the RA Family based on the 48MHz Arm Cortex®-M23 core. The MCU has up to 128KB code flash and 16KB SRAM memory. It enables the widespread use of microcontrollers for general-purpose design builds. The RA2E1 has a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V. An array of memory and package options like LQFP, QFN, LGA, BGA, and the smallest WLCSP are available.
