onsemi MC74VHC1GT125 3-State Buffers
onsemi MC74VHC1GT125 3-State Buffers are non-inverting devices in tiny footprint packages designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation. These 3-state buffers come with TTL-level input thresholds. The internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffered 3-state output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC1GT125 buffers feature inputs/outputs with over-voltage tolerance up to 5.5V. These buffers are available in SC-88A, SC-74A, SOT-953, and UDFN6 packages. The MC74VHC1GT125 devices are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant.Features
