onsemi FODM291 DC Sensing Input Optocouplers

onsemi FODM291 DC Sensing Input Optocouplers are single-channel phototransistor optocouplers in a half-pitch mini-flat 4-pin package with a 1.27mm lead pitch. These optocouplers consist of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a phototransistor. The FODM291 optocouplers are built in a compact, half-pitch, mini-flat 4-pin package. These optocouplers are ideal for DC/DC converters, ground loop isolation, signal-to-noise isolation, adapters and chargers, set-top boxes, power supplies, motor control, and programmable logic control.

  • Current transfer ratio ranges from 80% to 600% @IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V, TA = 25°C:

    • FODM291B − 130% to 260%
