onsemi NCx2003x Operational Amplifiers

onsemi NCx2003x Operational Amplifier offers low 1.8V operation with a high slew rate and rail-to-rail output drive ability. A fast slew rate and wide unity-gain bandwidth of 5MHz at 1.8V make the NCx2003x op amp ideally suited for high-speed applications. The low input offset voltage of 4mV maximum allows designers to use the NCx2003x op amp for current shunt monitoring. The low 1.8V operation also enables high performance in low voltage, low-power applications. onsemi NCx2003x op amp also provides an ultra-low 1pA input bias current and no output phase reversal for overdriven inputs signals. The series is AEC-Q100 Qualified and PPAP capable, allowing designers to use the NCx2003x op amp in motor control drives, hard drives, medical devices, white goods, and air conditioners.
