Nexperia PSC2065x Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes

Nexperia PSC2065x Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes offer temperature-independent capacitive turn-off and zero recovery switching combined with excellent outstanding figure-of-merit (Qc x VF). These diodes feature high performance, low loss, high efficiency, high power density, and high IFSM capability. The PSC2065JJ diodes are encapsulated in a Real-2-Pin D2PAK R2P (TO-263-2) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) power plastic package. The PSC2065LQ diodes are encapsulated in a Real-2-Pin TO247 R2P (TO-247-2) through-hole power plastic package. These PSC2065x diodes are used in Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), photovoltaic inverters, battery charging infrastructures, and telecom power supplies.
