Murata IRH Encapsulated 150W Isolated DC-DC Converters

Murata IRH Encapsulated 150W Isolated DC-DC Converters are optimized for harsh environments in industrial/railway applications and offer regulated outputs in an industry-standard half-brick fully encased package. The IRH components deliver 5V, 12V, or 24Vout from an input voltage range of 57.6V to 160V with reinforced I/O galvanic I/O isolation rated at 3,000Vrms. The modules incorporate many features to protect the power module from fault conditions and also expensive end-use equipment. Protection features include input under-voltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, output current limit, short circuit (hiccup mode), and over-temperature shutdown. Available options include various pin lengths, pin functions, and baseplate cooling options.
