Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UMH9NHE3 Dual NPN Digital Transistor includes a built-in bias resistor and is available in a SOT-363 package. This dual NPN digital transistor enables the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The UMH9NHE3 dual NPN digital transistor features an 833°C/W junction to ambient thermal resistance, 50V supply voltage, 150mW power dissipation, and 250MHz transition frequency. This digital transistor operates from -6V to 40V input voltage range and 150°C junction temperature. The UMH9NHE3 dual NPN digital transistor is a Halogen-free Green device, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. This digital transistor is Lead-free finish and RoHS compliant.
