IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1010N OptoMOS® Relays
IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1010N OptoMOS® Relays are 250V, 170mA single-pole normally open (1-Form-A) solid-state relays that provide 1500VRMS of input-to-output isolation. The optically coupled output is LED controlled while the MOSFET switches use patented OptoMOS technology. IXYS CPC1010N OptoMOS Relays come in a small 4-pin SOP package. Typical applications include medical equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition, electronic switching, I/O subsystems, aerospace, security systems, meters, and more.
