Innovative Sensor Technology MFS02 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors are optimized for the ultra-fast measuring of gas flow and direction. The series provides an ideal solution for applications with high flow rates and fast response time in constant temperature anemometer (CTA) mode. The MFS02 sensors feature high measuring dynamic with CTA mode (10,000,000:1) without bypass. The series is also ideal for low flow rates and leakage detection with bridge mode. Innovative Sensor Technology MFS02 Thermal Mass Flow Sensors provide high chemical resistance against aggressive gases and vapors.
