Infineon Technologies REF_48V_270W_EBIKE Reference Board

Infineon Technologies REF_48V_270W_EBIKE Reference Board is a motor drive inverter designed for low-power e-Bikes. This board demonstrates a 3.3mm x 3.3mm PQFN top-side cooled MOSFET package and 6EDL7151 configurable gate driver. The REF_48V_270W_EBIKE board follows the EN15194:2017 standard for e-Bikes and delivers 250W continuous power. This board comes with a dedicated Field Oriented Control (FOC) software package for motor control. The REF_48V_270W_EBIKE board features a 12kHz to 20kHz frequency range, 270W Pout, and DC input type. This board is used in applications such as micromobility, Light Electric Vehicles (LEV), and e-Bikes.
