Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ PWM Fixed Frequency G5 Pro Controllers
Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ PWM Fixed Frequency G5 Pro Controllers are the CoolSET PWM fixed-frequency 5th-generation flyback controllers optimized for off-line switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) supporting up to 73W (ICE501LD, ICE501MD) or 105W (ICE502LD, ICE502MD) output power (85VAC to 440VAC). Each device is available in a DSO-8 package and offers different gate voltages for driving both CoolSiC™ MOSFETs and Si MOSFETs. Infineon Technologies CoolSET PWM Fixed-Frequency G5 Pro Controllers offer a wide supply voltage range up to 32V and low standby power consumption.
