Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC2x 32-bit TriCore Microcontrollers offer CPUs ranging from 133MHz to 300MHz and up to ASIL-D safety integrity, the highest level. These features make the TC2x an ideal solution for safety-critical applications such as braking, steering, and engine management systems.

The AURIX TC2x MCUs are available with a range of options, from 512KB to 8MB of flash memory and from 48KB to 2.7MB of RAM. The MCUs are also available in different packages, with pin counts ranging from 80-pins to 516-pins for a wide range of board designs and form factors.

The Infineon AURIX TC2x MCUs are designed to operate in harsh environments, with a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. The devices are suitable for use in automotive and industrial applications that require reliability and robustness in extreme conditions.
