Ezurio Carbon AM62x OSM-MF System-On-Modules (SOM)

Ezurio Carbon AM62x OSM-MF System-On-Modules (SOMs) are based on TI’s TPS65219 PMIC, featuring configurable LPDDR4 memory, eMMC storage, and optional Sona TI351 (TI CC3351) Wi-Fi® 6 and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy connectivity. The Carbon AM62 OSM-MF is designed to meet the processing and connectivity requirements of commercial, industrial, and medical applications. The platform delivers flexible production options that allow memory, storage, and wireless configurations to meet specific needs. All Carbon AM62 OSM-MF modules benefit from Ezurio’s industry-leading software, integration, and long-term support.

The Ezurio Carbon AM62x OSM-MF SOM supplies powerful heterogeneous processing by integrating a quad-core 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 application processor with dedicated real-time and management cores, including a Cortex-M4F, Cortex-R5F, and a dual-core Programmable Real-Time Unit (PRU). The architecture facilitates Linux and multiple RTOS environments to run concurrently on dedicated cores, enabling application processing, deterministic real-time control, and system management to operate independently without dispute. With ultra-low-latency, cycle-accurate control from the PRU, the Carbon AM62 OSM-MF is ideal for advanced HMI, industrial automation, and connected embedded systems that demand both high performance and precise real-time behavior.
