Diodes Incorporated DMN3012LEG MOSFET is a 30V synchronous N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET with low on-resistance and fast switching speed. This RoHS-compliant MOSFET offers low input capacitance and improved reliability with 100% Unclamped Inductive Switch (UIS) ruggedness tested at production. The DMN3012LEG MOSFET features a Lateral Diffused MOS (LDMOS) design that reduces power losses and is optimized for high power density, high efficiency, and high-frequency capability. This MOSFET is ideal for DC-DC converters and high-efficiency power management applications.
