CUI Inc VQA1B-S 1W SIP Isolated DC-DC Converters
CUI Inc VQA1B-S 1W SIP Isolated DC-DC Converters are 7-pin converters designed for IGBT and SiC driver applications. The VQA1B-S series features dual regulated output, 7000VDC isolation, a -40° to +105°C derating temperature range, and continuous short circuit protection. The converters are EN/IEC 62368-1 certified and UL 94V-0-rated due to the converters' heat-resistant and flame-retardant material.
