Antenova M200xx RF Antenna Modules
Antenova M200xx RF Antenna Modules are small, low-profile, fully integrated Media Tek-based GPS RF antenna modules suitable for GPS systems. These surface-mount receivers are integrated using an MT3337 ROM chip for the M20048 modules and an MT3333 flash chip for the M20050. These chips provide GPS and GNSS receivers for optimum performance. The series operates at a 2.8V to 4.2V supply voltage range and feature low power consumption and several low power modes.
Antenova M200xx RF Antenna Modules ensure a short time-to-first-fix (TTFF) with an accurate 0.5ppm TXCO, indoor and outdoor multipath detection, and compensation. The M20048 module is suitable for L1-band GPS systems, and the M20050 is ideal for GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BEIDOU systems, which can run simultaneously to enhance the location. These antenna modules offer dimensions of 13.8mm x 9.5mm x 1.8mm. Application includes smartwatches, sports cameras, portable devices, and wearable devices.
