Analog Devices Inc. LTM4703 12A Step-Down Silent Switcher 3 μModules®
Analog Devices Inc. LTM4703 12A Step-Down Silent Switcher 3 μModules® are housed in a 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.07mm BGA package. The LTM4703 regulators integrate the switching controller, power MOSFETs, an inductor, and support components. An input voltage range of 3V to 16V provides an output range of 0.3V to 6V, adjustable with a single resistor. The output noise remains nearly constant across the range, and only bulk input/output capacitors are required for completion. The Silent Switcher 3 architecture, with internal hot loop bypass capacitors, ensures low EMI and high efficiency. The ultra-low noise design minimizes low-frequency output noise, making this Analog Devices series ideal for high-current, noise-sensitive applications. The LTM4703 is RoHS compliant.Features
