Airborn / Molex VPX Power Supply

Airborn / Molex VPX Power Supply features a 6U footprint with 2300W+ output, nearly twice that of traditional 6U power supplies, and meets VPX and VITA 62 open architecture and performance requirements. This intelligent power solution offers up to 95% efficiency and supports higher power levels in modern defense applications without increasing the size of power supply units. Airborn / Molex VPX Power Supply meets MIL-STD-461 conducted EMI emission requirements without external filtering, saving costs and space compared to alternative solutions on the market. The embedded intelligence enables flexible sharing through dispatchable power that can be configured to control the voltage, balance current, and temperature across multiple power supplies. System designers can utilize a dual data bus communication where a chassis manager or system controller can communicate with the VPX and inquire about output cards, input voltages, power temperatures, and more, possibly predicting failures.
