Infineon Technologies EVAL-2ED020I12-F2 Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the functionality of the 2ED020I12-F2 galvanic isolated dual channel IGBT driver IC. The IC features CT technology for 600V/1200V IGBTs and 2A rail-to-rail outputs. The board has a protection function, V(cesat)-detection, and an active Miller Clamp.
