The 1EDI60I12AF two 1200V single channel coreless transformer isolated gate driver IC is available in a half-bridge configuration for MOS-transistors or IGBTs. The Infineon Technologies EVAL-1EDI60I12AF evaluation board features short circuit protection, shunt current measurement, and input and output under voltage lockout.
