Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EV8772C-Q-00A Evaluation Board
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EV8772C-Q-00A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the performance of the MP8772C synchronous step-down converter. The board supports a 3V to 17V input range and delivers up to 12A output current. EV8772C-Q-00A showcases the converter's high-efficiency operation, fast transient response, and tight output regulation in a compact power-management solution.
The MPS EV8772C-Q-00A enables engineers to evaluate key operating characteristics, including efficiency, output-voltage regulation, and ripple performance. The board features a straightforward setup process and requires only a few external connections for operation. Protection features inherited from the MP8772C include over-current, short-circuit, under-voltage, and thermal shutdown protection. These capabilities make the evaluation board useful for developing power supplies for portable devices, networking equipment, security cameras, displays, and other general-purpose applications.
