The MOSFET relays achieve a 16mΩ (typically) ON resistance, enabling control of 3A (6A for DC possible) at 100V, improved operating temperature, and reduced timing characteristics. Aratas G3VM-101HR2 High-Current MOSFET Relays are ideal for industrial equipment, from security, communication, amusement, test and measurement equipment to security and building automation.

Aratas G3VM MOSFET Relays feature performance, size, and characteristics that are ideally suited for a variety of industries. The applications include automated test equipment, medical equipment, instrumentation, security equipment, automated meter reading, automotive diagnostic equipment, and communications. Aratas G3VM MOSFET Relays are available in one- and two-pole configurations with PCB, SMT, DIP, SOP, SSOP, or USOP packaging. The G3VM-CR/FR relays offer 60V to 600V load voltage range options with 0.6A to 5A continuous load current range options.
