The RLD90QZW3 features an ultra-narrow 225µm line width and temperature dependence of the laser wavelength as low as 0.15nm/°C. These features ensure high beam performance, density, and accuracy while maintaining low power consumption. ROHM Semiconductor RLD90QZW3 75W Infrared Pulsed Laser Diode is offered in an industry-standard Φ5.6 package with a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
