FAD31x1MXA Single Channel Floating Gate Drivers

onsemi FAD31x1MXA Single Channel Floating Gate Drivers are automotive (AEC-Q100) gate drivers suitable for driving high-speed power MOSFETs up to 110V. Designed with SOI technology, these drivers are ideal for applications that require noise immunity against severe negative transients and ground offset up to -80V. The FAD3151MXA and FAD3171MXA versatile drivers offer features like desat detection, soft shutdown, fault reporting capability, UVLO protection, and a charge pump.
