Dust-Resistant (DR) MagLev Motor Fans

Sunon Dust-Resistant (DR) MagLev Motor Fans are based on magnetic principles/forces that propel the fan and ensure stable rotation over its entire 360° of movement. The design utilizes the attraction of magnetic levitation force and eliminates the wobbling/shaking problems of traditional motor fans. The blades are suspended in the air during rotation so that the shaft and bearing do not come into direct contact with each other, causing friction. These features result in a fan with a low acoustic noise level, high-temperature endurance, and a longer lifespan. Sunon DR MagLev Motor Fans are also RoHS compliant.

Automotive Fans

Sunon Automotive Fans feature up to a 13,000 RPM fan speed and ball bearings or a proprietary Vapo-Bearing™ technology, which virtually eliminates wobbling and reduces bearing wear. Sunon's automotive portfolio includes cooling solutions for infotainment systems, seat ventilation, electric vehicle (EV) battery packs, hybrid EV (HEV) battery packs, and LED head lighting. Sunon Automotive Fans are ISO/TS 16949 certified and specifically designed for automotive applications. Fan sizes range from 40mm to 97mm in height and 40mm to 80mm in width.
