RA6M4 32-bit Arm® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6M4 32-bit Arm^® Microcontrollers are built on a highly efficient 40nm process. These Arm microcontrollers are supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept called Flexible Software Package (FSP). The FSP uses FreeRTOS as a base and can also be replaced and expanded. Features include 200MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 core with Trustzone, 1MB code flash memory, 256KB SRAM, BGO/SWAP function, and capacitive touch sensing unit. These MCUs are suitable for IoT applications requiring strong security, rich connectivity, and large embedded RAM with parity/ECC and low power consumption.
