BIVAR Single Color PLCC LEDs are offered in an industry-standard 3020 and 3528 PLCC packages with high luminous intensity and wide viewing angles. These LEDs feature low power consumption, high power efficiency, and excellent long-life reliability for battery-powered equipment. The single-color PLCC LEDs come in a wide variety of colors and intensity combinations to meet illumination needs. These LEDs operate at 5V reverse voltage, ±500V electrostatic discharge classification (HBM), and -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The single-color PLCC LEDs are suitable for small-scale applications such as illumination, general indication, and backlighting.
