EiceDRIVER™ gate drivers provide a wide range of typical output current options, from 0.1A up to 10A. These devices have robust gate drive protection features such as fast short-circuit protection (DESAT), active Miller clamp, shoot-through protection, fault, shutdown, and over current protection. These features make these driver ICs well-suited for both silicon and wide-bandgap power devices, including CoolGaN™, and CoolSiC™. 1EDNx550 TDI EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs

Infineon 1EDNx550 EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs are single-channel, non-isolated gate-drive ICs with Truly Differential Inputs (TDI) to prevent false triggering of power MOSFETs. The logic driver state is controlled by the voltage difference between the two inputs and is completely independent of the driver’s reference (ground) potential. This design eliminates the risk of incorrect triggering and provides a significant benefit to applications with voltage differences between the driver and controller ground.
