IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

IS32LT3961 LED Lighting Driver

Lumissil IS32LT3961 LED Lighting Driver integrates an N-channel MOSFET to operate in a buck configuration. This lighting driver works in a fixed frequency mode during switching. The external resistor connects the VCC and TON pins to configure the on-time (switching frequency). The RIS, an external high-side resistor, sets a constant LED output current, allowing the output voltage to be automatically adjusted for various LED configurations. This IS32LT3961 driver is available in an eTSSOP-16 package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal dissipation and is AEC-Q100 qualified. The LED brightness is proportional to the voltage level of the analog signal or the duty cycle of the PWM signal.
