TPS6206x/TPS6206x-Q1 Step Down DC-DC Converters

Texas Instrument TPS6206x/TPS6206x-Q1 Step-Down Converters are highly efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC converters. These devices provide up to 2A output current. With an input voltage range of 2.9V to 6V, the device is perfect for power conversion from a 5V or 3.3V system supply rail. The TPS6206x/TPS6206x-Q1 operates at a 3MHz fixed frequency and enters power save mode operation at light load currents to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. The power save mode is optimized for low output voltage ripple. TPS62065/TPS62065-Q1 can be forced into fixed frequency PWM mode by pulling the MODE pin high for low noise applications. TPS62067/TPS62067-Q1 provides an open drain power good output.
