STPS1150 150V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS1150 150V, 1A Power Schottky Rectifiers are designed for switch-mode power supplies on up to 24V rails and high-frequency converters. The STPS1150 is optimized for consumer and computer applications where low drop forward voltage is required to reduce power dissipation.

Power Schottky Rectifiers

The STMicroelectronics rectifiers range from 15V to 200V and from 1A to 240A, covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment.
